What Kittiewake does not do (yet)
- No agent for Windows or macOS yet: Linux with systemd only.
- No log collection, by design. We look at numbers, not at what your servers say.
- No phone support. Email, with a reply within one working day.
- No uptime guarantee during the beta. We will offer one with paid plans.
About paying
- When do paid plans start?
- Not before 2027. We write to every team a month before, and nothing changes by itself.
- What counts as a server?
- One machine or VPS with the agent installed. Outside checks of sites and ports need no agent and are counted separately.
- What if we go over a limit?
- Nothing stops. We write and ask whether to move up a plan or trim; we never switch off checks in the middle of a month.
- How will we pay?
- By card or by invoice, monthly, once paid plans start. You can leave at any time and take your history with you as CSV.
